CHARLIE MAO
Charlie Mao is the founder of Macsun Homes, a company built on craftsmanship, integrity, and a passion for transforming homes. Before launching Macsun, Charlie spent years as an Software Application Development Manager, sharpening his problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to building things the right way. That same mindset now drives his approach to construction—combining technical precision with a dedication to quality. What started as a hands-on passion for creating beautiful spaces has grown into a trusted construction company serving homeowners across North Texas.
CO-FOUNDER
RANDY MAO
Randy Mao earned his Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1998. During his studies, he spent time in Austria and Italy, where his exposure to historic European architecture helped shape his appreciation for timeless, thoughtful, and sustainable design.
With more than 20 years of architectural experience, Randy has worked with globally recognized firms, including over a decade with HOK and four years with RTKL. His experience spans all phases of design and development across a wide range of project types, including numerous award-winning projects recognized locally, nationally, and internationally. Today, he brings that depth of experience to creating distinctive spaces that balance design, functionality, and each client’s unique vision.
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
ROSANNA MAO
Rosanna Mao serves a dual role as both a dedicated realtor and an administrative assistant for Macsun Construction. In real estate, she guides clients through buying and selling with professionalism and care. At Macsun, she supports operations, client communication, and project coordination, helping keep the company running efficiently. Her blend of industry knowledge and organizational expertise makes her an essential part of the Macsun team.
